 Thinking of Japan

 
Green Waves, a 1973 kimono by Kunihiko Moguchi reminds us of the fabulous geometrics of the 70s (a la decorator David Hicks), but with a composed reference to the  natural world.
I am full of prayer for Japan these days, and contemplating kimonos has been a form of respect and support the Japanese people.
