Cuppa Candles?

Got light?
I am a huge fan of Martha Stewart. Not necessarily of the rather uptight persona she projects or the sense of perfection she stresses, but the fact that she has elevated the world of craft to a new, dare I say it, tasteful level. It is hugely inspiring and rewarding to make something with your hands. Craft is a vastly underestimated and undervalued aspect of humanity. However, there is more to the world of craft than styrofoam, plastic beads and dogs playing poker, and that would be Martha. I stood in line to buy her “Encyclopedia of Crafts” which came out last year and these teacup candles are my very first project realized from the book. They are sold at Charlie & Diamond (105 Atlantic Avenue btw Henry &Hicks in Brooklyn). Thank you Martha!
